Mark R. Keller

Chairman

Mr. Keller has over 38 years of commercial real estate experience and has developed, acquired and managed as an owner over US$7 billion in real estate investments. Prior to founding Edge, Mr. Keller was a co-founder, Chief Executive Officer and Trustee of Republic Property Trust, a NYSE publicly-traded real estate investment trust, with an office building portfolio valued in excess of US$1 billion. Mr. Keller merged Republic Property Trust with Liberty Property Trust in 2007. Mr. Keller also co-founded the RKB Washington Property Fund, an office property fund that acquired over 2 million square feet of assets, and served as its Chief Executive Officer.

Mr. Keller holds a Master of Science degree in Real Estate and Urban Development from American University and a Bachelor of Science degree from George Mason University, where he majored in Business and Finance.

Gary R. Siegel, Esq.

Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Siegel is an experienced business lawyer and manager with primary expertise in planning, structuring and negotiating real estate transactions with emphasis on financing, acquisition, due diligence, asset management, operations, leasing and disposition of properties, and the restructuring and workout of problem properties and loans. Prior to founding Edge, Mr. Siegel was the Chief Operating Officer and General Counsel of Republic Property Trust, a NYSE publicly-traded real estate investment trust, with an office portfolio valued over US$1 billion consisting of 25 office properties. Mr. Siegel was also the General Counsel of RKB Washington Property Fund.

Mr. Siegel attended the University of Virginia, School of Law, where he was a Senior Editor of the Virginia Law Review and obtained his Juris Doctor (Order of the Coif) in 1984. Mr. Siegel is admitted to practice law in the District of Columbia and the State of Maryland. He received his Bachelor of Science degree from Boston College (Summa cum laude) in 1981 where he majored in Business Management with concentrations in Accounting and Finance.

Michael Chan

Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Chan has over 25 years of experience in finance and accounting. Prior to joining Edge, Mr. Chan served as Senior Vice President of Finance of Transwestern Commercial Services, a national commercial real estate services company, overseeing financial activity of approximately 15 million square feet of commercial real estate for various clients, including Morgan Stanley, AEW Investment Advisors, John Hopkins University, and other institutional clients. Mr. Chan has also served in various senior executive roles at Barnes & Noble, Borders Group, US Airways and JP Morgan Chase (formerly Manufacturers Hanover). Mr. Chan has successfully completed IPOs and other financings. Mr. Chan has extensive experience in public accounting, SEC reporting, and other regulatory and legal structures.

Mr. Chan is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a Bachelors of Business in Accounting from State University of New York. Mr. Chan is a member of the American Institute of CPAs (AICPA) and a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM).

Geoff

Geoffrey Azaroff

Executive Vice President, Construction

Mr. Azaroff brings over thirty-five years of experience designing and building large-scale mixed use commercial projects ranging in project size from $4 million to $100 million. Mr. Azaroff’s past projects include the design and oversight of an over three million square feet mixed-use multi-phased project known as the Portals in Southwest Washington, D.C.; Republic Square in Capitol Hill, Washington, D.C.; Charles E. Smith corporate headquarters in Crystal City, Virginia; the World Cup at RFK Stadium in Washington, D.C.; and numerous large-scale office buildings for clients with specific requirements, including the Federal Communications Commission and a country forensic crime lab.

Prior to joining Edge, Mr. Azaroff founded and was a principal of Artisan Partners Construction Services which provides construction management and owner representation services to a number of varied clients including business owners, corporations, country clubs, developers, hotels, schools, religious institutions, and trade associations. Mr. Azaroff’s responsibilities included overseeing projects through all phases of development, design, and construction.

Mr. Azaroff has an Masters degree in Engineering Management from Catholic University and a Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering from Rutgers University.
